Where are your garments manufactured?

We collaborate exclusively with small, family-owned knitting workshops in Portugal and Italy. These workshops are vetted for fair labor standards and sustainable waste management. Additionally, they cooperate in tracing raw fibers back to certified organic farms.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. International orders are handled by premium couriers and generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed garments with tags intact within 30 days of the dispatch date. You can register your return through our portal and print a pre-paid courier label. A return processing fee of $5.00 is deducted from the refund amount.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
