What is the turnaround time for receiving the final edited photos?

For standard portrait and commercial sessions, the edited digital gallery is delivered within 2 weeks. For weddings, due to the volume and detailed correction process, final delivery takes between 4 to 6 weeks, though we always send a "sneak peek" selection within 3 days.

Do you provide the raw, unedited RAW files?

We do not release unedited RAW files, as the post-processing and editing is a key half of our artistic creation process. The final delivered JPEG images represent our complete signature style.

What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the booking date. Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a retainer fee. In case of poor outdoor weather, we coordinate with you to reschedule portrait sessions at no additional cost.

Are you available to travel for destination weddings or shoots?

Absolutely! We travel worldwide for weddings and editorial shoots. Travel expenses (flights and lodging) are simply billed alongside a customized destination package. Contact us directly for a detailed quote.
