What happens in case of severe mountain weather?

Safety is our prime parameter. If weather radar indicates wind velocities exceeding 50 km/h or electrical storms, the climb is paused or rerouted to lower camps. Our guides carry satellite phones to keep contact with base control.

What is the minimum age for high summit treks?

Due to the oxygen constraints and cardiovascular stress at elevation, our standard ascents require climbers to be at least 18 years old. Under 18 requires parental consent and a medical certificate verifying lung health.
